Empire Fighting Chance is an amazing organisation that helps deprived young people get back on their feet through non-contact boxing and personal support. This was one of those wonderful projects where the client has an idea and you’re able to go off and find the solution, get it built and then see real world use and how it makes a difference.
Empire wanted to track the young people on their program so a progressive web app was devised that enables the coaches to do this quickly and without fuss when working in the gym. This links to an Admin system which the staff at EFC can check out progress over time and see trends and advancement. I worked on the UX of the app and results, designed the UI and also project managed. The app was built in collaboration with Blu Inc and IOMI.
